Performance And Specifications
Ring gear machining is generally carried out in accordance with ISO 1328 or JIS gear accuracy grades. Taking a sample gear with module 2 and 30 teeth as a reference, radial runout is about 30 μm for a JIS N7 hobbed gear and about 15 μm for a JIS N5 ground gear. The shaft bore of metal gears commonly adopts H7 tolerance. For general industrial transmission, medium-to-high accuracy grades can be applied to balance meshing stability, noise control, and cost.
