Straightness is ≤0.02 mm per 100 mm for smooth power transmission. Coaxiality is ≤0.02 mm for concentric shaft journals. We use CNC machining centers for keyway milling with accurate position and size. We use CNC lathes for end threading with accurate fit. Common materials include alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMo) and carbon steel (45#). We offer quenching, tempering, surface hardening, blackening, and chrome plating. We perform material inspection and hardness testing before machining. We also perform dynamic balancing after machining to reduce vibration and noise.
