Jiaxing Yihe focuses on non-standard part machining and can manufacture high-precision components based on CAD drawings, helping customers quickly turn designs into assembly-ready and production-ready parts.

For aluminum alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, engineering plastics, and other materials, standard dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.05 mm, while critical dimensions can be further controlled to ±0.025 mm. Reamed hole features can reach ±0.0127 mm, and surface roughness can be controlled at Ra3.2, 1.6, or 0.8 μm as required, making these parts suitable for a wide range of non-standard machining applications.

Suitable for transmission parts in automation equipment, robot joint components, custom-shaped support parts for special-purpose machines, and internal heat dissipation and connecting structural parts in electronic instruments.
