Heat Sink Base

Heat Sink Base is the flat mounting surface that directly contacts CPUs, power modules, or IGBTs. It absorbs heat and transfers it to the cooling fins. The flatness of a product determines how well it contacts the electronic component. Poor flatness creates air gaps and reduces cooling performance. Our factory has 20 CNC machining centers, 19 of which are 4-axis models. We machine product components from solid aluminum or copper blocks. This gives us full control over flatness and surface finish. We specialize in high-difficulty custom parts with micron-level precision. We serve automotive electronics, semiconductor equipment, power electronics, and industrial automation.

We make Heat Sink Base parts from aluminum alloys (6061-T6, 6063-T5) or oxygen-free copper (C1100). Aluminum offers thermal conductivity of 167–201 W/m·K. It is lightweight and cost-effective for most applications. Copper delivers 380–400 W/m·K. It handles high-power and high-heat-flux scenarios. For surface treatment, we offer anodizing and nickel plating. Anodizing improves corrosion resistance and surface hardness. Nickel plating enhances thermal interface compatibility. We also customize mounting hole patterns based on your drawings. Every product is machined to meet your exact specifications.

We are ISO9001:2015 certified. Our QC team uses automatic CMMs, video projectors, and digital height gauges. Each Heat Sink Base is fully inspected before shipment. Our standard service process is: advance payment → raw material procurement → production → quality inspection → customer inspection → balance payment → shipment. Lead time is 15 to 20 days after we receive the advance payment. We support non-standard custom orders. Send us your drawings with clear dimensions and technical requirements.
